I strongly believe that Every Performance has to have a purpose, and I am still continue believing, business is secondary for me, but a place to get the right advice is what matters to all and that’s what I am trying to do at Marshall, absolutely NO UP-SELLING.... in every industry, everything is business, unfortunately for me everything is not Business ... and we at Marshall are not operating this BM in that perspective.
Since child hood, when someone asked about an ambition “it was nothing but an auto mobile work shop in mind, never ask why ? As usual Cars and bikes where passion like every other boys.... workshops where the joints most of the time, I loved to tag along with Friends for all national rally championships, was one of best hobbies that time, it was really fun watching the guys fixing the motors observing the minute fixes and the trouble shoot they do .....
a very high respect formed in mind to all the mechanics ... probably that could’ve inspired me to this ... wish to have the same respect.
But life passed, did my graduation in commerce and later my MBA in marketing & Sales, but back of the mind I was sure about establishing a workshop, had in my dream, a place people get the right advice, a place where customers are not confused, a place it’s just not only business, a place where you are treated sincerely without no intention of force-full selling but a place where anyone and everyone can come and discuss the requirements and get the right solution to your vehicles ...
Yes a business cannot be run like that, I was sure, a business cannot run with emotions and sentiment...
